We are a small company focussed on providing quality bespoke handmade furniture direct to the public.

We have a workshop with a small showroom based in Southwick, Hampshire.

We offer the same or better quality as the bespoke high street kitchen manufacturers but at substantially reduced prices. We keep our prices low by:

Not having an expensive high street showroom.
Interacting with customers via the Internet.
Low advertising costs.

We have a London based design office from where we cover most of the South of England.

We are delighted to supply worktops, sinks, appliances with your kitchen units, but if you can source them cheaper then that's fine!

The Process

Contact us

We have been recommended to many of our customers but many find us through internet searches and the like. We would recommend getting in contact in one of these ways.

Email or call us with your questions and requirements. If you know what you need we can usually give you a budgetary quote quite quickly.
Visit the workshop and check the quality, styles, materials and our personality
Home visit to talk through your requirements. We would still recommend talking through your requirements by phone or email prior to a home visit.

Design

We can sometimes carry out an initial design based on your own measurements and design but some customers prefer a home visit. We normally offer home visits to customers in London and the South East. The designs are 2D and 3D designs so that you can visualise your new space and we include a very detailed budgetary costing with the design. There is no cost to you for the design process.

Final Specification

It varies from customer to customer how long it takes to get to final specification. Although you have not made a commitment to us at this stage, you are pretty certain that we will be building your furniture. We will go into intricate detail from hinge colour to cornice style at this stage. We will also almost certainly visit to carry out a detailed site survey.

Production

We request a 25% deposit to reserve your place in the queue. The queue usually runs between 8 to 12 weeks so call us for an idea of the current queue length. Once we have agreement of the final design we will start production. Production usually takes six weeks but does depend on the complexity of the design and the materials used. We will give you access to the webcam so that you can watch progress. The kitchens are put together as it will be assembled in your home to minimise issues during the installation.

Delivery and Installation

We will liaise with you as to how your project is progressing to arrange delivery and installation. We are happy to liaise with your installers or we can arrange the fitting of your kitchen. We ask for the balance of the furniture on delivery.

After sales

Sometimes things go wrong and if it is a problem with the kitchen then we want to put it right. Even if the problem is with another party then we will try to help. Talk to us and we will help.
