I have no doubt that the overall look of the kitchen/family room area was a key factor in selling the house so quickly.
Good points:
1) Value for money – all wood, at a good price
2) Build quality generally very good
3) The oiled ply interior is excellent – compared to melamine
4) Lighting transformer void worked well
5) Good service/ pleasant to deal with
