We love showing people around our studio and workshop in normal times, but these are not normal times. We are pretty tech-savvy as a company and for years we have been able to offer a remote design service to clients who are abroad and returning to the UK or those who find themselves too busy to come and see us face-to-face. We have even had a couple of our designers working remotely abroad quite successfully too.

What we find helpful, is to have a brief and some dimensions. We have a questionnaire we can send out to help us understand your requirements. Moodboards can help too any many customers share their Houzz ideabooks or pinterest boards with us.

An initial consultation by phone, Zoom or Google Meet can help speed up the design process. We can then set about putting together an initial design and budgetary quotation. The initial design will include plans, elevations and 3D renders too.
If you think that progressing with us could be worthwhile then we are quite practised in further consultations and finalising detail remotely. We have lots of sample imagery that can help fine-tune your design.

You just need to get in touch! Stay safe.
Recent feedback from a prospective client: “With regard to our initial Zoom, we both came away really, really impressed. We felt listened to and loved how you both allowed each to add valuable and insightful comments. We both found you and Tim warm, genuine and highly knowledgeable in your fields. I could not think of any way you could have improved the session – it was fantastic!”
