In twenty years, we have made over a thousand kitchens.

Not one of them is the same.

In twenty years, we have made over a thousand kitchens. Not one of them is the same.

Design obsessed cabinetmakers.

Each Higham kitchen is unique, because every one began with a blank sheet of paper and a conversation about one specific home, one specific family, and one specific idea of what their kitchen could be.

We don't work from a set of standard sizes, or a range of options designed to appeal to the masses. With 24 door styles and counting, a colour palette with no restrictions, and a huge range of wood finishes, your kitchen begins as a blank sheet of paper and ends as something that exists nowhere else, with an almost infinite range of possibilities to create a look that's entirely yours.

Details you won't find on any other kitchen.

Uniqueness, for us, goes beyond layout and dimension. It extends to the details that most kitchen companies simply cannot offer.

Working with Armac Martin, one of Britain's finest fixture makers, we designed an inset handle range made exclusively for Higham. It is not available from any other kitchen company, at any price.

Our paint range has no restrictions - any colour, in any finish, specifically suited to the heat, the steam, and the daily wear of the kitchen environment. Applied by hand, in Hampshire, by a specialist kitchen painter.

How we make it possible.

A kitchen this considered takes a different kind of operation to deliver.

Rather than investing in large showrooms, we invest in a Hampshire workshop with skilled cabinetmakers and one small design studio in Fulham.

Because we manufacture everything ourselves, we control every decision from materials and dimensions to finish and lead times. Nothing is bought in, adapted, or compromised. What we save on showroom expenses, we put into the people and the process. The result is a kitchen built to a standard that competes with the finest in the industry, at a price that tends to surprise people who've been shopping elsewhere.

What it looks like to work with Higham

Our process is deliberately unhurried. A kitchen made this way takes time. We'd rather do it properly than do it fast.

Why Higham costs less than you'd expect

At Higham, we've made some profound changes to the way we work when compared to other kitchen companies. Firstly, we don't have a huge high street showroom. We work on video calls and meetings in our studio, which means we save money on showroom overheads. And because we manufacture our own kitchens and don't buy them from a 'middleman', we can produce kitchens at a very competitive price. It's like buying directly from a factory. All these cost savings are passed on to you.
