Above is a photo which shows how we incorporate our magnetic door catches into the design of our units. These are a more subtle alternative to our twin roller catches and are proving to be popular with our clients. With just a small, shaped, block of wood visible on the base and top of the units, the magnets are embedded into the wooden blocks and the corresponding magnets embedded in the doors close against them. We are currently exploring alternatives to the aesthetics of this design, such as using leather discs to cover the magnets. Will keep you posted on any new variations we might introduce.
