This kitchen has lots of interesting individual details, such as the glazed wall cupboards and top boxes above the tall cabinets. This project was a joy to work on, thanks to the input and energy from designer, Kate Osborne, whom we have worked with on several occasions. The kitchen sits within a long, spacious room with a living area and bay windows at one end, and a dining table at the other. The dining/kitchen end looks out onto the garden and terrace and is flooded with sunshine from the roof lights and full-height glazed doors. We’re particularly happy with the open shelves on the curved end of the island, which has an ebony oak-staved raised breakfast bar and butcher block prep area.
