We love seeing our kitchens in the press and have another gorgeous spread in the July / August edition of Beautiful Kitchens, which features some summer ideas – timely as the warmer weather does seem to have arrived.
This is another of our kitchens where we worked closely with one of the interior designers we’ve worked on a number of project with and her customer to make an opened up space into a cooking, entertaining and relaxing place. For this customer we were able to design and adapt the kitchen to a number of different needs: as Malcolm stands at 6’5” tall we were able to adjust the finished height of his units so they are higher than the “normal”.
As the building works exposed a vertical post that supported the RSJ this was cleverly disguised by the large American style fridge-freezer and the larder – with no compromise on the style as it remains a very elegant run and another example of the bespoke service we are able to offer.
As always our customers have been fantastic at letting us back in to photograph the finished product. It is always a fascinating process as the magazine’s photographer get a kitchen ready – or “styled” as it’s referred too. It’s lovely to see an expanse of spotless worktop – not quite real living but enjoyable for a few hours!
