One of our kitchens was recently featured in Beautiful Kitchens magazine and is now available to view on their website.
We are rather proud of this kitchen, with it’s clean lines and fresh feel. It has a lot of interesting features to it, including an impressive tall oven and larder unit, crockery cupboard, and island with wicker basket and wine storage.
This is a classic example of what we call a hybrid kitchen, where the furniture is fitted closely to the space but with elements that give it a freestanding feel such as frame-legs and inset plinth. Combining both integrated and freestanding appliances helps to maintain the freestanding feel, but without the need to have dishwasher and bins visible.
Painted in Dulux ‘Highland Falls 6’ with a worktop in Angola Blue granite, this is a striking example of a simple shaker kitchen design from Higham Furniture.
