Our clients wanted a traditionally styled kitchen, but of course it also had to incorporate all necessary mod-cons as well as adhering to classic kitchen looks and proportions. The Aga emphasises the traditional influence, along with the retro brick-shaped tiles for the splash back. The overall cabinet style is our Traditional Shaker, combined with perfectly plain drawer fronts for the end of the island. The Larder cupboard is used for everyday groceries, and also hides the microwave. The surface of the island is kept sink-free, and just has the addition of a streamlined induction hob. The double sink is placed under the window – just right for washing up with a view!
